I have spent many years since my time in Iraq feeling like I was still behind enemy lines. Due to a failure of the system, it took me many years to begin receiving much needed help for my combat related injuries. I had no idea the resources were out there. When a family tragedy devastated me and caused me to fall on hard times, Operation Second Chance swiftly moved in to provide much needed assistance to help me get back on track and the strength to keep fighting. My family and I will be forever grateful for the help and hope you have given us.
