Review for Mayor's Alliance for NYC's Animals, Inc., New York, NY, USA
This organization coordinates efforts between New York animal charities. Thanks to the Alliance, Animal Care & Control (city shelter) can share animals up for adoption with the ASPCA or Bide-A-Wee and coordinate adoption and/or spay/neuter events. The Alliance also promotes shelters and adopting from shelters and facilitates people understanding pet ownership responsibilities and pets' medical needs. It is a wonderful organization and I wish more cities had such a centralized, dedicated place for all the various animal non-profits to share and help one another help animals.

Review for Operation Gratitude Inc, Chatsworth, CA, USA
I have organized donation drives and gift drives for this amazing organization and have the absolute honor and pleasure of interacting with its founder, Carolyn Blashek. Her dedication, as well as that of Charlie Othold at the Armory, is remarkable and inspiring. Operation Gratitude is a stellar organization devoted to bringing some joy, normalcy and "home" to our troops throughout the world. If more people knew about this organization, I'm sure they would be overwhelmed with donations and volunteers. I hope Operation Gratitude will one day not be a necessity, but for now, I am thrilled to know that there is such an organization out there looking after our men and women in the military.

I have personally experienced the results of this organization when its founder, Carolyn Blashek, e-mails me with information on how many volunteers our company has sent to help them pack donations or how many donations they received after our company ran a public service announcement for Operation Gratitude.

None - though I wish more people knew it existed.
