Review for Cancer Schmancer Foundation, Malibu, CA, USA
I'm a 20 year old girl from Puerto Rico. I started to be part in this movement when I was 17 years old. I must say, that I found the Cancer Schmancer Movement by accident, via Internet. I had the book and one day I began to search for a way to contact the author: Fran Drescher, but instead of finding what I wanted, I found the movement. This movement has changed my life in many ways. Even though I can't donate money to it, I have been supporting it and helping them to have more awareness.
I have many family members who had died of cancer, but recently in family, we are going through a hard situation. My aunt of 35 years old, has colon cancer, with a whole bunch of complications that makes things worse. The Treatments seems to not be working at all. Only a miracle and the power of God can do something. We are truly happy cause she still is alive by God's will and mercy.
Being part of this movement, has help me to realize the importance of having good health and helping others to achieve it. I'm also part of the sub-program they have for youth, called WE THE FUTURE! I have been helping them in many ways. Also did a volunteer work for them in the past months, in the advertisement area. Creating a "logo" for this program and being used by the staff. I love this program cause it gives me a chance to put my talents into challenge, for the better improvement of women's/ everyone/ lives.
It's truly an amazing organization. It has been helping millions of lives and it has been doing a great work worldwide. I been making it known here in Puerto Rico for the past years. For the past years, I been doing presentations, advertisement videos, telling testimonies and more, here at my college campus and when I used to be in High School. For me, it means a lot. I hope it continues to be an excellent source of help and prevention. I fully recommended. Besides being part of it, it has been my other family, even though I don't know them so much. Why? Easy, they watch out for my well being by educating me and others, how to have healthier lives. May God bless them and give the Cancer Schmancer Movement, more years to make changes in our lifestyles.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in the improvement of my lifestyle, on my self esteem, on the improvement of my talents in graphic design, videos and advertisement; and more.
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would consider to take it to other places, specially Puerto Rico. I would like to see this organization working on college campus here in Puerto Rico cause usually our youth doesn't care about the damage some things are making to our lives; not only our youth but everyone in general. I think it would be a good idea, to come and gives us speeches, meetings or more encouragement to those who are helping the movement in different ways, in person.
