Having lived in foster homes my entire childhood, I didn't have the inspiration to see the possibilities my life held. I knew I loved music, performing and the Arts, though! Ballet came into my life during my mid 20's and its discovery has been life-changing for me.....LITERALLY!!! Fast forward to me moving to Houston in 2018, after having received an invitation to join Houston Ballet in their mission to make dance accessible to everyone! I am indebted to this amazing organization in SO many ways! They have given my life not only purpose (in helping to shape the future direction of our art form) but a joy and fulfillment that is priceless and immeasurable! Thank you, Houston Ballet! You have enriched my life and the life and culture of this city!!!
