Improved literacy skills can empower individuals to lift themselves out of poverty, find and keep sustainable employment, and ultimately change their lives and the lives of their children (reading skills of parents are a significant factor in the future academic success of their children!). Services provided by PAL to promote and enhance Adult literacy in Newport Beach and Costa Mesa are critical to our individual, family, and community well-being, as well as a crucial success factor to promote economic development. 5 Stars!!
