My Nonprofit Reviews
Review for The Gay Christian Network, Raleigh, NC, USA
I found GCN when I was trying to quit christianity, at the time I also found some resources about be gay and christian, but I needed people to talk with, and ones I could be related to, (the same struggle).
I live in a very macho place, and has been impossible for me to meet LGBT friends, and through GCN I had the opportunity to find such great people. And I had the opportunity to meet them when I traveled out of my country for study issues.
Through GCN I met those people who helped me to feel much more comfortable with who I am.
I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
Be more open about issues in life, and having an open ear to how other think, respecting them, and loving them no matter if we don't agree in some issues. I've learned this because of the forums on GCN
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
Spread the website not only in english speaking countries, but others as well.
