Review for Heifer International Foundation, Little Rock, AR, USA

Rating: 5 stars

A friend gave me a brochure from Heifer about 10 years ago. I took it with me on the train ride home to Chicago. As I read about Heifer and saw the photos of how animals IMPACT and CHANGE LIVES of people all around the world I began to cry. THIS was the type organization I had been looking to team up with. When you give an animal to a family, they are required to give it's first offspring to a neighbor, so the gift keeps giving long after the initial gift. It's an amazing model, and one that I'll always be a part of. I usually donate goats and llamas. When I'm able too, I'm going to donate cows as well. Thank you Heifer for making donating so easy, and so powerful. Mike

Review for The Art of Elysium, Los Angeles, CA, USA

Rating: 5 stars

Jack Lemmon said something wonderful in his movie "Tuesdays with Morrie"...we must love one another, or die.

Thanks to The Art of Elysium, we can love one another, that's what life's all about.

The Art of Elysium is truly a blessing. They have a very human, immediate positive effect on people, that will last a lifetime.

The way we "feel" inside creates the world we live in. So if playing my Guitar and singing a few songs to kids in the hospital makes them "feel" a little bit better, even for just a moment, The Art of Elysium and I have done our job as human beings.

Nura Creitz is amazing to work with. Not only does she work around my schedule, she also is incredibly positive, encouraging, and makes you comfortable in an environment that is sometimes challenging.

From the 1st class of what the Org is about, to your first hospital experience and after, the staff is professional, warm, and extremely helpful. I'm honored and proud to be a part of such an incredible organization. Thanks to everyone at The Art of Elysium!

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

The reason I'm involved with the Art of Elysium is to try to make other people feel better with my music (the kids in the hospitals are battling with big scary monsters)....but the amazing thing I discovered while playing music for them, is that the kids and the overall experience, are helping me. This organization creates powerful healing for everyone involved.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

Don't change a thing. This org is amazing.
