Review for It's About the Kids Education Organization Inc, Baltimore, MD, USA
I am the Treasurer of Bubbles The Clown Education Organization, and I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). I have known David Felzenberg (a.k.a. Bubbles The Clown) for several years. It is clear that David enjoys what he is doing -- using the performing art of clowning as a teaching method to help children learn about financial literacy, reading literacy, childhood obesity prevention, and environmental awareness. The children respond accordingly. I have seen the childrens' faces light up when Bubbles does magic and uses props to teach them things. Moreover, as Treasurer of the Board of Directors, I am pleased that David and the Board take their fiduciary responsibilities very seriously. Few of the funds raised go for overhead or administrative or fundraising costs. The overwhelming amount of this organization's funds are used to deliver the programs to children in Baltimore-Washington area communities, particularly in underserved communities.
