Review for Association for the Colonial Theatre, Phoenixville, PA, USA
See films and shows you don't see on every corner of every other town, and see them in a beautiful, historic theater! Who could ask for anything better? The colonial has been showing some of the best in film for years. I am a member, and have volunteered there, as well as having been on stage, and I can say I have enjoyed every aspect of this theater, and will support it as much as I can.
This theater is living history, and I love what entertainment they provide.
One of the most stirring times I spent there was with my close friend. We went to see "The Pianist". I don't think I ever saw him as riveted to the screen as he was then. We were so moved, we spoke about the film and the Holocaust for days. We learned a lot historically, and about each other as well.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
I would make sure there was someone proofreading their newsletter, and any outgoing correspondence. Other than that, I find the organization quite satisfactory.
