The dream of YAA W is to build a community of African women in STEM and also help them achieve their goal(s). Through courses, mentoring, meetings, and opportunity expositions, this organization is committed to helping women stay relevant in the ever-increasing men dominated tech industry. I am a beneficiary of the goodwill of YAA W and aiding me to become the "who" I want to be.
