Each fall, I succumb to a bout of depression that I know is Seasonal Affective Disorder. Knowing that, I manage it every year. This year....adding the Pandemic restrictions and the nation’s political turmoil....has been particularly rough. A friend of mine suggested I take a look at your website. I focused on the articles on depression, and particularly on the Covid articles on how to cope. Extremely well written and helpful. I greatly appreciate your efforts.
