When I started coming to Veterans PATH I was suffering from pretty severe anxiety and felt my voice had been stolen from me by PTSD.

After going to Tassajara and connecting with so many souls suffering as I had been, I was more willing to put in the work to find my voice again. I found myself at one day events and other retreats with Veterans PATH and later a Veteran Leader committed to helping other veterans on their path to healing.

Veterans PATH has taught me the value I have after many years of feeling as if I had been chewed up and spit out by the military.
