I have been involved with the HEP Therapy Dog program as a volunteer working with both the Veteran's Program and the Summer Bridge Program. Both are excellent programs that provide the residents of HEP with what they need. I am so impressed that they have computer training and job placement services right on campus. The addition of the hydroponic garden and green house is a huge plus and teaches residents how to grow food to provide for themselves and to help feed HEP residents. The Thrift Store is well maintained and donations are always welcome and again provide direct assistance to those in need. I have worked at another homeless shelters and feel HEP does a much better job in comparison. I rate HEP with 5 stars...Far exceeds expectations! This is Therapy Dog Rudy.
