Im Young and Empowered has been a great resource to share with so many families throughout our community. It has been a pleasure to deliver essential items to families and our aging population who have limited access to transportation. Seeing the joy on children's faces while passing out backpacks and school supplies has been a highlight during this Covid 19 pandemic. Please support this amazing organization so that they may continue to be a blessing to so many throughout the nation.
Thank you Tameka very much for participating in many outreach events and for coming in to do an educational workshop free of charge to help parents learn how to best advocate for their children’s education. Also thank you to your many youth volunteers who have provided so much effort in supportive peer materials!
