I volunteered at BVMI for six months in 2019 and felt welcome the moment I walked through the doors. They have a dedicated Volunteer Manager who is just a wonderful person and so helpful and supportive to all the volunteers. I found all the staff members very friendly and hard-working. I was very impressed by the work of the doctors and nurses in the clinic - many are volunteers themselves and give their personal time to help working poor have access to healthcare. The offices and clinic are both new and modern facilities and do not have the feeling of a dated, institutional clinic for those in need. I would recommend anyone become a volunteer at BVMI!
