I just finished reading Free2Luv's latest newsletter and it was perfect! I especially love the way you said, “cut yourself some slack - honor your feelings in every moment. It’s okay not to be okay and it’s okay to be okay.” I think our youth needs to hear this every day! What you do is an essential business and I truly admire you! Helping children with mental health is such an important endeavor. These children will have life long troubles if they don’t have a support system to turn to. Free2Luv is an amazing, genuine, and needed contribution to humanity.
