We had a wonderful experience with Starting Over Animal Rescue through which we met our forever friend Harper! The kind people at SOAR made it easy for us to take Harper home the same day we met her. Although we fell in love with Harper immediately, we were given time to meet her and make sure she would be a good fit for our home and lifestyle, and us for her. We would gladly drive the 2+ hours to Ocala to go through SOAR again.
