I found AHI through a book by Dr. Jampolsky. It had many healing suggestions, along with true stories of both adults and children who had been helped greatly, and in some instances cured, by applying the free, AHI principles.
I started to use a couple of the suggested attitude/outlook changes in my daily life. I experienced much more peace and calm, and better smoother work flow, when I stopped being a fault finder and became a live finder, or, just more kind.
I am grateful that there are more steps & principles, for free, that I can integrate into my life
