Review for The Sato Project, Brooklyn, NY, USA
During summer 2016, the Sato Project worked closely with me to match a dog to my family. After some back and forth, we arranged to meet Tito, and the rest is history. He's brought a ton of love and laughs into our house, and I'm forever grateful to the Sato Project team!
I chose the Sato Project when looking to adopt because I read about their important work in Puerto Rico. They not only rescue unwanted dogs, they also organize multi-day spay/neuter clinics. Their scope is holistic: they address both the root cause of homeless pets (lack of accessible/free clinics and spay/neuter programs) and help the dogs left behind find forever homes. I knew my adoption fee would support this kind of all-encompassing programming, and if I ever decide to adopt another dog, the Sato Project will be my first call.
Attached, find a photo of Tito, rescued by the Sato Project in 2016, now living a spoiled life in San Antonio, Texas.
