They promote themselves as being a no kill shelter and that is not true . They killed a perfectly healthy young trained Saint Bernard named Duke . They did not have to kill him. A reputable rescue was fighting for him. The rescue was fully capable of taking him and actually was fighting for him in court when this place ordered him to be killed . Before you hand your money or dog over to this place please do your own background work . All that glitters is not gold and they had no right to needlessly kill a dog that people were begging to take .

Without them we would not have our precious Ava. In my small town there’s not a lot of help for animals but these people always seem to find a way to help. Great people, Great rescue.
