The absolute most eyeopening experience of my life was with Zaksee’s Bird Sanctuary. This is a place that demonstrates true altruism and feels strongly about the protection and preservation of beautiful wildlife. Magic, the good-spirited caretaker of the birds puts extensive effort into ensuring that his birds are well nourished and most importantly, HAPPY. His relationship with the birds is something you would see in a movie, it is so heartwarming and the way he talks about the birds you know that he lives his life to protect them. He refuses visitors so that the once abused birds can live stress-free, and he is firm in his belief that these birds are not just meant to be looked at by tourists, but geniunely loved and cared for around the clock. It was a pleasure to help him out, and I would be overjoyed to have the opportunity to lend him a much deserved helping hand again. Thank you Zaksee’s Bird Sanctuary, and Magic, for showing the world what it really means to care for wildlife without any personal gain.
