It is hard to put into words what the Jordan Thomas Foundation has meant to me. After losing my legs in a boating accident, I was confronted with the reality that many children are not provided with access to the prosthetics that they need and deserve to live happy and productive lives. Through unimaginable community support and generosity, we've been able to provide countless children with prosthetics since 2005- a hand to grasp a toy, a leg to help climb steps, etc. In short, this is my life's work and I will continue to advocate on behalf of children with limb loss forever.
