Review for Heroes Warehouse, Alta Loma, CA, USA

Rating: 5 stars

I love being part of this amazing organization! More than 5,600 veteran families have
been assisted with furniture and housewares for their homes at no cost to them.
We are 100% focused on improving the lives of those who have served our Country.
Thank you to our veterans, our donors and our volunteers for allowing us to continue our
Mission which is... "Serving those who Served, Making their House a Home!"

Review for Volunteers for Veterans Foundation, Fontana, CA, USA

Rating: 5 stars

Volunteers for Veterans Foundation is an excellent veteran focused non-profit serving the
Riverside, San Bernardino area for years. Betty and Larry Volk (VFVF) always go above and
beyond to assist veteran families in need.
Whether it is providing a U-Haul for vets to pick-up and move furniture or paying a past due electric bill, VFVF is ready and willing to assist.
We thank VFVF for assisting Heroes Warehouse with our move recently. VFVF paid one day for a
professional moving Company to transport our heavy furniture to our new location. Thank you!

I'm honored to be a part of this great nonprofit organization that was started by my sister
Mary Kelly-Mohr in 2016. Today we carry on her legacy by assisting previously homeless veterans
who are placed in Hud-Vash housing, by providing furniture and houseware items at no charge.
To date Heroes Warehouse has assisted more than 5,600 veteran families.
We are 100% volunteer based. Thank you to our volunteers, donors and most importantly our veterans.

It has been my pleasure to serve our Veteran Community for the past 6 years as a Board Member and Director of Heroes Warehouse. What started out as a simple act of kindness by our founder, Mary-Kelly-Mohr, has allowed us at Heroes Warehouse to assist more than 5,600 veteran families at no cost to them! We are 100% volunteer based. No one is paid.
Thank you to our donors, who make it possible for us to continue our mission of,
"serving those who served, making their house a home!"

As Executive Director of Heroes Warehouse, I feel fortunate to continue the work of my sister, Mary Kelly-Mohr. It was Mary's love of veterans, that launched Heroes Warehouse more than 8 years ago. We have been able to assist over 5,600 veteran families with furniture and household items at no cost to them. All of this would not be possible without our volunteers (we have no paid staff). We thank our volunteers, donors and most importantly our veterans for their service to our Country.

Volunteers for Veterans Foundation has been so instrumental in assisting our veterans.
As the Executive Director of Heroes Warehouse, I've had the pleasure of working with
both Larry & Betty Volk. They are generous, hard working and always go "above and beyond" to assist our most needy veteran families. We have been blessed with the donations they have made to our organization. VFVF supports many veteran causes in our local community.
Thank you VFVF for your contributions, wishing you the best always.
