Review for Spay Panamas Animals Yes USA, Pooler, GA, USA
I recently visited Panama from the US and came across a cat (now Luna) who appeared in need of some care. I reached out to Spay Panama and Patricia got back to me very quickly and offered to send some of Spay Panama's volunteers to meet me at the location in order to attempt to rescue Luna and bring her into their clinic for an exam. We rescued Luna and as I did not have a car with me, I was able to ride with the (very friendly) volunteers to the clinic. Upon arriving at the clinic and getting Luna comfortable and settled after a brief exam, Patricia and the volunteers showed me around their very special clinic. The plan was for their vet to see Luna first thing the following morning. It was determined during the vet's exam that Luna was indeed in need of some care and that it would be best she not be put back outdoors, even following care. After some discussion, it was decided that Luna would come to the US to live as an indoor cat, but in order for this to work she would stay at the clinic for about 2 weeks for treatment and safe housing until we could get her a flight. This certainly took some effort and planning and Patricia was so helpful and caring of Luna throughout the process. Luna has officially safely made it to the US (also special thanks to Panama Pet Relocation) and is loving indoor life and most especially cozy beds with lots of soft blankets! I am so very thankful for and to Spay Panama/Patricia and for all they do with animals day in and day out.
