Review for Educational Pathways International, Incline Village, NV, USA

Rating: 5 stars

I am Divine Ahiagah, a final year student of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) which is located in Kumasi, Ghana. I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Biotechnology.

I joined Educational Pathways International (EPI) in November, 2018 and I can say my life has taken a turn around when I was given the opportunity to be a part of this great family. I met with a lot of people who were already on the programme and they have impacted my life positively. They were always available to open up to and give good advice to keep me going both in academics and social life. Since I joined EPI, I have developed the zeal to work extra hard to achieve my academic goals and I see that being fulfilled with EPI on my side. I have the peace of mind to study as compared to the past where I struggled with finance.

In addition to the above mentioned, family meetings are organized for us. These meetings serve as a platform for us to share ideas and also to prepare and make us well equipped for the future. In one of our meetings for example, we had a discussion on how we could prepare ourselves to work in the corporate world after school and some qualities employers will look out for in prospective employees. It was very informative and I learnt a lot from that meeting.

I have always dreamt of becoming a Research Scientist in plant genetics and molecular biology which informed my decision to read Agricultural Biotechnology at this level of my education. I hope to impact my nation, Ghana positively with the knowledge I will acquire in my field of study.

In conclusion, I would say I am very delighted to be a part this scholarship scheme and I’m very grateful to EPI for availing themselves for God to use them to touch lives like myself and others who have been given the same opportunity and I know their labour in this good work of theirs would not be in vain.
