Review for Tanzania School Foundation, Stoughton, MA, USA

Rating: 5 stars

This organization is raising funds to build a primary school in Tanzania. I worked at Gillette Stadium scooping ice cream and although it was a lot of work, I would come back again to fulfill the mission of this organizaiton. The executive director rolls up her sleeves and works tirelessly to get the job done. A group of volunteers run this organization and are heading to Tanzania this month to start the building of the School of St. Nicholas. To fight poverty through education. Inspirational organization.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

Through video and social media kept up to date with the progress of this organizaiton. They built a church for a village in Tanzania and are not only building a school, they will oversee it to ensure it is a successful educational facility!

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

not change a thing!

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

The high energy and positive attitude they create

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

Hard working and dedicated. Enthusiastic to be helping.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

make a huge impact in the most needed regions of Tanzania.

Ways to make it better...

it was great...I wouldn't change a thing.

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

working in Tanzania, so far away.

One thing I'd also say is that...

This organization is run by volunteers! If they had enough funding, perhaps the ED could make a small salary.

How frequently have you been involved with the organization?

About every six months
