Review for Touched By Angels, Marstons Mls, MA, USA

Rating: 1 stars

This "non-profit" and it's CEO, Gina Clark is currently being investigated by the Massachusetts Attorney General for fraud and other illegal activities. As of August 13, 2010 this organization is prohibited from doing any fundraising, or other activities related to "Touched by Angels"

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

After being "misled" by Touched by Angels, I investigated and produced a documentary exposing the fraudulent activity by Gina Clark and Touched by Angels. The amount of fraud and other criminal activity is huge.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

Close it down, do a full investigation then revoke the non-profit status, and require Gina Clark to pay full restitution and serve time in jail.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

Being able to help raise awareness of the fraud of Touched by Angels to ultimately put them out of business.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

Shady and corrupt.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

actually help those in need, although Gina and Chris Clark would never help anyone but themselves...ten million would be direct deposited in their personal bank account.

Ways to make it better...

Touched by Angels actually was a charity that helped those in need, not a front for fraud...

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

Gina and Chris Clark...now I guess it would be the MA Attorney General and law enforcement.

One thing I'd also say is that...

I hope that the AG sticks with the investigation and the Gina and Chris Clark get what they deserve (long prison sentences and poverty)

When was your last experience with this nonprofit?

2010

Role:  Donor & I donated to a family in need and then discovered that Gina Clark was selling the donations to the community, but keeping the money for herself not those in need of the help.
