Review for Starting Over Animal Refuge Inc, Ocala, FL, USA
No one else id recommend!! Bought a puppy from a “ breeder “ and right off the bat the poor puppy had Parvo & then pneumonia... Starting over saved her life. Eternally grateful. She is now a happy pup.
