We adopted Riley from Starting Over Animal Refuge on 12/31/2018. Melissa was very prompt in answering the phone and all questions I had. My kids and I drove an hour and a half and met our newest family member. The puppies we all well taken care of and seemed very happy while waiting to find the forever homes.
