I first learned about ProInspire when one of my colleagues became a member of their Fellowship program. As I learned more about ProInspire’s work around leadership and equity, I became very invested in their work around how to talk about current events at work and how to support nonprofit professionals. I find their research incredibly compelling and relatable and I would encourage anyone involved in the social sector to check out their thought leadership! Next on my reading list is Equity in the Center’s publication, Awake to Woke to Work: Building a Race Equity Culture! (Equity in the Center is a project of ProInspire)
