I only recently (within the last year) became aware of this organization and all that they've done and continue to do in the community. As I'd heard great things about them, and seeing the growing homelessness and desperation around me in San Mateo Co., I began recommending to several struggling neighbors that they check it out. And all have been success stories. I've been blown away from hearing how they're getting the help they need, from food to free medical care. I've even begun thinking of ways that I can help out too, through them. I've started by donating to their Kid's Closet program and hope to be able to volunteer soon!
