Children of the Americas is a phenomenal group. The members that serve on trips and run the organization are totally volunteer, with no paid staff members. This means that all the volunteers truly have a heart for serving the women and children of Guatemala. During there missions this group provides valuable medical services that otherwise would not be available to the people of Guatemala. Please consider donating to this amazing group!
