I have been a Life Member of the VFW National Home for Children for approximately 40 years. I have worked with them in varying capacities and I see them as a wonderful asset to the surrounding community as well as to the military and their family members. The staff members that handle the 800 helpline are awesome and have great compassion for ALL callers.
