Review for Work Vessels For Vets Inc, Mystic, CT, USA
My name is Lourence Dormaier and I am an Army Veteran and owner of Next Mission Farms in Ephrata, WA. In the spring of 2018, I applied for and received a grant from Work Vessels for Veterans to purchase 2 large refrigerators to help maintain the quality of my produce for sales at our local farmers markets. I had followed Work Vessels for Veterans for many years and have always been impressed with the outpouring of support and assistance they have given the Veteran community. I have also referred many other Veterans and Veteran groups to them for assistance. Because of their generous help, My farm is ahead of schedule to become sustainable. We are projected to exceed our 2018 revenue with more than 2 months left for our farmers market season. We could never have achieved this goal without the help of Work Vessels for Veterans! I am also excited to see that other Veteran organizations are helping/partnering with them.
The thing I love the most about Work Vessels for Veterans is the fact that they help out Veterans in any endeavor, not just school, or farming, but anything the Veteran needs help in for their success, they can apply for the grant.
Work Vessels for Veterans is doing an amazing thing for the Veteran community!!!
