The Container Recycling Institute (CRI) is an outstanding organization that addresses the serious problem of how plastics bottles and other types of packaging are overwhelming our landfills and polluting our oceans. CRI advocates for government, consumers and businesses to find innovative ways to promote the recycling of single-use containers. As a consumer, CRI has helped to raise my awareness of gravity of the problem and motivated me to reduce the use of plastic products and to recycle as much as possible in my household.
