I was so scared- you see I was told that I had macular degeneration. My friends told me that I was going to go blind and I should start making arrangements to go to a Nursing home. However one of my very best friends found out that there was a free conference being put on by the Macular Degeneration Association called Saving Your Sight!- what a God send. We signed up for the program in Jackson, MI. I am so glad that I went- the information that was presented by the doctor and other speakers left me with hope. I wasn't going to go blind! My friends were wrong! I can't believe that they do this for free. If you haven't attended one of their programs you do not know what your missing!!!! Highly recommend.
