I have experienced Caritas Smile for a number of years. I have attended numerous events and travelled to Dominican Republic with their programs. I cannot say enough about the quality and devotion of all of the people associated with the organization. The leadership sets the tone for a no frills, maximum effort organization with one goal of doing good for others. It is a tone that is infectious and runs through all associated with them. They back up their words with actions and continuously look for new ways to spread their message. A top notch organization.
