This organization just mesmerizes me. They are so vibrant and taking the stage and presenting their best forward to change how we see ourselves and how we are seen. What more can I say but thank you to all of you working hard behind the scenes. We love you and we love what you do. The leader lives their mission and takes it to heart.

I am the lady you brought groceries for when my card was declined two weeks ago. Dr. Culbreth was behind me on line and was talking to me about National Girls and their new program and gave me her business card. My bank card declined my bill and I was embarrassed but she told me to hold my head up and that we are all our sisters' keepers and I will never forget how her words made me feel empowered. Then she paid for my food and when I said I couldn't take her money she said it was a donation to my family from National Girls organization and I could not stop crying and my daughters could not stop crying because she cared about our well being. When I asked to meet her when I got paid on Friday to pay her back she just said to pay it forward and help someone in need. My husband and I are making a donation for the food amount to the organization. We are still in shock because you don't find people who live their mission like she does. God bless her and this organization. She truly lives the mission of the organization to advance, celebrate, embrace and empower us and our well-being. My family and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
