I have been active in animal rescue off and on for over 45 years. I have known the people affiliated with this organization for over 24 years. I do not work for them nor do I volunteer for them. They are very reputable and hard-working individuals that care only for the benefit of the animals. Over the years when I have found, picked up, and needed assistance with a a dog ( all mixed breeds ) ADB has been instrumental in adopting out the dog or assisting me in finding another rescue that could help me. This is an all volunteer organization and I don’t know any other group that puts in any more time and energy than these people do. ( not to mention money out of their own pockets)...
To all the people that have posted negative reviews below. It is obvious to me that they are all gossiping “me too” storytellers. If they care so much about the animals they think are being abused, they need to volunteer for this organization and make it better. They don’t need to be bitching about it and tearing it down when they could do something positive and constructive to help... Put your Big Girl Panties, get a life, And get ALL the facts on a story before you start spreading vile nastiness. Remember… No matter how flat your stomp a pancake, there are always two sides to a story.
Rescue is often thankless, hard work. It’s not always rainbows and roses. Many of the animals come in in dire condition and not all can be saved. This organization does absolute wonders for what they have to work with.
If someone really wants to make a difference… Why don’t you volunteer for ADB or put your money where your mouth is.
