LEAN continues to be the best option for abandoned and abused horses in Las Vegas. The list of volunteers grows each year, creating an ever greater opportunity for the success of the animals taken under their care. In addition to all they do for these animals, they have added H.A.H.-N.A.H (Have a Horse-Need a Horse), a way for those looking to rehome their horses or to find that special animal not currently in foster care. More communities could benefit from these types of programs and I commend all who are involved.
