Review for American Foundation For Relief And Reconciliation In The Middle East, Santa Cruz, CA, USA
As a founding member of the American Foundation for Relief & Reconciliation in the Middle East (FRRME America) in 2009, it has been my extraordinary privilege to serve those who have been persecuted and marginalized by violence, poverty and war. With the rise of the so-called Islamic State, we went from being a small organization helping the needy primarily in Baghdad to a small but mighty organization with teams on the ground not only in Baghdad but in the north of Iraq and in Jordan, and our efforts currently reach Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) and refugees across the Middle East, providing emergency aid, food, clothing, rent assistance, education and jobs training. While the physical caliphate has been defeated, the need is as great or greater than ever as many IDPs and refugees literally have lost everything, with their former homes and businesses destroyed. Please consider a generous donation today! My name is Scott Rye. The current Chairman of FRRME America, I am pictured here in Jordan with FRRME Director of Operations in the Middle East, Dr. Sarah Ahmed.
