My Nonprofit Reviews
Review for Breast Cancer Options Inc, Kingston, NY, USA
In April 2009 I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I was overwhelmed and very frightened, but when I contacted BCO, Hope Nemiroff guided me to a wonderful breast surgeon in NYC. She also gave me good advice on local services for me and was invaluable in her support and compassion.
I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
The compassion and support I have received from Hope Nemiroff and the other volunteers at the center. I receive their newsletter which has important information about cancer prevention and treatment. I also attend one of their support groups once a month.
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
The caring and compassion, the support group, the conferences, and the personalized attention given to any specific questions.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
Kind, compassionate, and very willing to share their personal health stories.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
Help more women and men.
