As an independent foster for stray, abandoned and abused cats and kittens, I rely on 4 Paws 1 Heart for all of their medical needs. I have never met such dedicated people as Diana Rascano and the board members of this organization who selfishly give up their time to help the sick, the homeless and abandoned animals in our community. I have nothing but a true respect for the selfless work that they do. If it were not for their help, my precious foster baby Jordan, was doomed to suffer and die alone a painful death from starvation and severe infection. Jordan was given the chance to live thanks to 4 Paws 1 Heart and although he is totally deaf from the infection, he is a healthy, loving boy and a total joy.
