I've visited the Parrot Outreach Society and have nothing but respect for them. Rescuing birds with such a long lifespan and knowing that not everyone adopts birds can be difficult but they do it. The place is clean and you can tell that they get to know their birds when they share their stories to potential adopters. They also have a great retail business with lots of great treats and toys for our feathered friends. I would highly recommend visiting them or even volunteering!
