If you are willing to put in the work to get your Dream home, VHCDC is willing to work twice as hard to get you there. The resources that are available to you can't be found with other organizations. They educate you about every aspect of becoming a homeowner, provide you with a realtor, lender, inspectors, legal counsel, etc. until you get your keys to your new home. President, James Taylor, is at the forefront of an amazing organization, working tirelessly for the low to moderate income population to achieve what they thought was unachievable. VHCDC is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving housing conditions in the Tidewater area by providing exceptional housing to low to moderate income families, financial resources to beginning and established businesses and assisting businesses with their accounts receivables. This organization also provides homeownership courses monthly and will assist potential homeowners with credit building resources and assistance.

Training is free and open to first time and second time homeowners. You can't go wrong with supporting this organization!
