I knew very little about autism until my son was diagnosed a little over three years ago Having an autistic child brings daily challenges and its limitations can be quite frustrating. My son is non verbal and lives in his own little world. While researching programs I came across Music For Autism. It is completely free to the audience and relies on musicians willing to donate an hour of their time and volunteers who tend to the children in the audience. What a wonderful experience! Unfortunately, the program is not well known and severely underfunded. It desperately needs financial support. It was a life changing experience for my child as well as for my husband and me. Please consider supporting Music For Autism.
