This was my first experience working with a nonprofit behind the scenes and I must say being here has been life-changing! Niyanta is such a great Director and I've learned so much from her that I can apply to my professional AND personal life. RP does amazing work for the people of South America, but we all know that saving the environment is saving the world. I truly feel that our impact makes a difference and that is what motivates all the volunteers here to come to the office every day!
