In the time I have been living in Miami, one of the most visible, active and leading foundations that i have seen is Cuatrogatos Foundation. Their constant work in the diffusion of Spanish language literature and the transmission of cultural heritage to the new generations of Hispanics in Florida is deserving of praise. Many outstanding artists congregate around Cuatrogatos. Poets, story tellers, playwrights, puppeteers, writers, musicians and painters find an opportunity for expression in the art spaces created by Cuatrogatos. And most importantly, thousands of children of Hispanic origin are receiving this message of multiculturalism.
