I went to this retreat broken and weak. Feeling worthless, unlovable, invisible and a victim. Four days here changed my life. I left feeling empowered, strong, worthy, important, beautiful and most importantly, a survivor and warrior! The knowledge, lessons and love I received from my haven sister's and the outstanding staff here truly saved my life. I still have a long road of recovery ahead of me but I became a better wife, mom and woman in these short four days than I did going through seven years of therapy. I deeply thank everybody involved to make this retreat happen.
