We've recently adopted 2 Terrier mix brothers from BAACS. Our experience from the first second I walked through BAACS door was superb.
The facility is immaculate and extremely well organized. Katy, the coordinator assigned to us was outstanding from beginning to end.
My favorite part of the process was when the dogs were delivered to our home by Katy. Obviously because of the dogs, but more importantly because of the folder Katy walked in with.....this is the part where BAACS really stands out and shines above other adoption centers. The folder contained all medical/vaccination info., ID, chip, rabies tags. It contained "BOLT" signs to post on outside and inside of front door to remind visitors that new dogs live here and might run out when door opens, she also provided "LOST posters" of each dog (if ever needed) which literally brought tears to my eyes that BAACS cared so much and literally thought of everything. The cherry on top was the snuggly blankets handmade by Mary Beth, Wrapped In Love.
Kudos to this fine organization!
